Well, last time I updated, i felt it was very repititous and that was painful to have to talk about all that work twice! jk Anyway, recently Jessi and Bryce were up to visit us. We really appreciated you making the trip. We know that's not cheap and or convenient to travel, but we are so glad you did! For everyone that doesn't know, we went to Roaring Springs Water park the first day. That was a lot of fun. Then, we went to a small beach for Riley to play in the water before we floated a section of the Boise river on our little fishing raft. It was a lot of fun. Greg has been working very hard, finally getting some overtime, so he took advantage of that and didn't play very much with us. Friday night we did all get to go to Boondocks. We played mini golf and Bryce beat everyone, I think and we drove go-carts. Greg beat everybody at that, but Jessi and I had our own race and Bryce got the slow car. Jessi got cussed out b/c she was slamming into people*lol*
We are finally buying our first investment house in two weeks. I hope we are able to buy it and sell it in the same day to a previous owner, but if that doesn't work out then we'll be property managers too! I'm very excited! Our first purchase has about 35,000 of equity, but I only wish we could make that. it's my first deal so I'm learning, but we should make out okay.
Dustin, my younger brother, is on a mission in Chicago and he's struggling with tracting. It's no wonder, people mostly have gated houses so they try talking to people in parking lots where it's hot and they're busy! I'll have to tell him to look for a park, a place in the shade! Anyway, he would love to have your letter and prayers in support of him.
Riley funny story of the day- So I remember that Riley used to get scared, when she was a little baby when by hair was in my face. The first time I noticed this, I got out of the shower and was combing my hair. It was over my face and she started crying. I had forgotten about it until today. So i did a little experiment to see if it still did scare her and it does. She really doesn't like it and she says, "Quit it, that's cares me!" It's funny b/c then she combs the hair down over her eyes and tries to scare me. uh oh. It's so cute, though.

Congrats on doing your first deal. I am so proud of you Brenda. I still am trying to listen to tapes and we almost bought our first townhome, but interest rates are too high right now and there was no equity in it. So, sadly we are probably going to have to rent while at dental hygiene school. If you have any advice for me please let me know. We love it here in Virginia and I am sad to go back to ID. I am glad Jessie and Bryce could pay a visit and I sure do miss Rylie. I am sure she is getting so big.

SOOOOO,... how about an update? You've been missing since July...kinda awhile. Anyways, I miss ya and we need to get together again. Oh and I'm going to Rexburg in November, would you like to come?
